Zoo Atlanta Family Pass

The Zoo Atlanta Library Pass is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must come to the desk. FAQ

Zoo Atlanta passes provide free admission for up to four (4) adults or children aged 3-12 (children 2 and under enter the zoo for free). To obtain the free Zoo Atlanta Family Pass, patrons must first check out a special DVD on the zoo and return it to receive the free pass. Where do I get the Zoo Atlanta Library Pass?

You must visit your local public library to obtain the Zoo Atlanta Library Pass.
Adults with a valid library card from any branch of a participating public library system throughout the state of Georgia* may access the Zoo Atlanta Library Pass. One pass is available for checkout at each participating branch and may be checked out once per year, per household.
*excluding the Auburn Avenue Research Library in Atlanta

How do I use the Zoo Atlanta Library Pass?

Check out the Zoo Atlanta Library Pass DVD at your local library.
DVD must be checked out at the library front desk.
Pass is issued on first-come, first-served basis.
When you return the DVD to your library, you will receive a receipt.

  • Please save this receipt; it is required for Zoo admission.
  • The pass is valid for 28 days from the date of the receipt showing the return of the DVD.
  • Present your Zoo Atlanta Library Pass receipt and your library card at the Zoo Atlanta front gate for admission.
  • Pass is valid for up to three guests; standard general admission will apply to families larger than three. The pass is valid for general admission on Monday through Friday only and may not be used for fee-based events or programs. Not valid with any other discount, offer or promotion; may not be redeemed for cash.
  • If the DVD is lost or damaged, a $30 replacement fee will be charged by the library system. Overdue fines will be charged for late returns.

Michael C. Carlos Museum Family Pass

Status:  Open – Hours and Admission

Pass is issued on first-come, first-served basis.

The museum family pass provides free admission for up to 6 individuals. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. To obtain the free museum family pass, patrons must first check out the pass from their local library branch. To learn more and to check the availability of the Michael C. Where do I get the museum family pass?

You must visit your local public library to obtain the Michael C. Carlos Museum Pass.
Adults with a valid library card from any branch of a participating public library system throughout the state of Georgia may access the Michael C. Carlos Museum Pass. One pass is available for checkout at each participating branch.

Georgia State Parks and Historic Sites

The Park Pass kit gives library patrons in Georgia free admission or parking to more than 60 State Parks and Historic Site locations of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Each ParkPass pass is available for check-out for one week to allow for free entry for up to four visitors. The kits also include a parking pass and guide booklet. The ParkPass is a budget-saver for families: most Daily ParkPasses are $5, according to the DNR. Patrons are encouraged to reserve ParkPass kits in advance, especially for busy vacation seasons. Planning is also highly recommended as hours vary at States Parks and Historic Sites, with several operating under limited schedules due to tight budgets.

Go Fish Education Center  - NOW OPEN!

Take advantage of the DNR’s Go Fish Family Pass program! The Go Fish Passes provide free entry into the Perry-based Go Fish Education Center for up to four (4) visitors on Fridays through Sundays. Each branch received one Go Fish Pass per location.

Passport to Puppetry from the Center for Puppetry Arts

Did you know that you can get free passes from the library for the Center for Puppetry Arts?

Check out the Georgia Public Libraries’ Passport to Puppetry at your local library branch for free museum admissions and special show and workshop discounts for your family! Thanks to a new partnership between the Center for Puppetry Arts and Georgia’s Public Libraries, citizens with valid library cards can check out the Center’s new Passport to Puppetry at any participating public library in all 159 Georgia counties.

The passport is valid for up to 4 Museum admissions. Add a performance and enjoy a Create-A-Puppet Workshop for 25% off!* (more info) Show discount must be redeemed day of Museum visit. Macon Museum Pass

Status:  Open

Come check out what Macon, Georgia has to offer. The Macon Museum Pass provides free general admission for up to 4 people at these locations: the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame, the Macon Museum of Arts & Sciences, and the Harriet Tubman Museum. This pass can be checked out for one week with a PINES card and is issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Call your local library for availability. The Macon Museum Pass is not valid for special events or exhibits. 

Chattahoochee Nature Center

The Chattahoochee Nature Center Pass provides free general admission for up to 4 people. Pass holders gain all day access to picnicking, hiking trails, and aviaries. Located in Roswell, Georgia, the Chattahoochee Nature Center is open seven days a week, year-round. The pass is not valid for special events or exhibits and may be checked out for one week with a PINES card.

Breman Museum Pass

Status:  OPEN on Sunday from 11 AM-4 PM and Wednesday-Friday from 11 AM-4 PM

The Breman Museum Pass provides free general admission for up to 4 people to the William Breman Museum of Jewish Heritage in Atlanta, Georgia. The pass is issued on a first-come, first-served basis and is not valid for any special event or program. Reserve tickets online before visiting the museum. Patrons can check out the pass for one week with their PINES card. The Breman Museum showcases Jewish heritage, history, culture, and art. 

Alliance Theatre Community Ticket Pass

The Alliance Theatre Georgia Libraries Community Pass allows up to four (4) free admissions to performances at the Alliance on the Hertz and Coca-Cola Stages.

  • The Community Ticket Pass allows you to receive up to four (4) tickets for an individual performance using a promo code on the back of the pass.
  • The Pass MUST be presented at the Alliance Theatre along with the tickets to the performance.
  • The Pass is valid for productions on the Hertz and Coca-Cola stages ONLY.
  • The pass may not be used for other performances, classes, camps, programming, or events.
  • Tickets for performances are available on a first come, first serve basis.
  • To redeem the pass for your free tickets, visit alliancetheatre.org.
  • Enter the promo code before selecting your desired performance, date, and time.
  • Free tickets may not be transferred to someone else.
  • Plan accordingly to arrive early for performance, at least 30 minutes.
  • Expect crowds for your chosen performance.

Shakespeare Tavern Family Theatre Pass

  • The Family Theatre Pass allows for up to four (4) free tickets to a performance at the Shakespeare Tavern, or it can be used for four (4) free box seat tickets to a tiered seating performance.
  • All tickets redeemed using the Family Theatre Pass are for general admissions ONLY and may not be used for special events or food or beverages. Other restrictions may apply. Tickets are available on first-come, first-serve basis and may not be available for closing weekend perfomances or non- Atlanta Shakespeare Company productions, such as companies renting the Playhouse. Free tickets may not be transfered to someone else.

To reserve free tickets using the Pass, patrons must:
• Check out the Pass from your local library.
• Visit www.shakespearetavern.com/tickets/calendar to select your show, date, and time.
• Call the Box Office (404.874.5299 x0) or email boxoffice@shakespearetavern.com with your requested show and date to reserve your free tickets.

The Family Theatre Pass MUST be presented at the Shakespeare Tavern Box Office to receive your free tickets.
